Kathy has taken 28 years of teaching experience and combined it with 10 years of running family owned businesses to provide measurable return on investment strategies for business owners, executives, and their teams.

 

She is certified in numerous tools and trained in the coaching methodology to benefit ROIsi clients by increasing their production and sustainability.

 

 

Because of personal experience she has a special interest in family owned businesses of all sizes and the teams that exist within them.

 

She recognizes the need for team development. She is a authorized Team Diagnostic Facilitator and is excited about using this in the corporate world during this time of mergers and downsizing.

 

She is trained in DISC, a behavioral analysis, to be used in hiring, team building and increasing professional effectiveness.
Kathy received her BA from State University of New York, Albany and her Masters of Education from University of Phoenix.

 

She is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance, Series 6 & 63 Securities licenses and Public Notary.
