H. Wailana Kamauu, Jr.

Wailana has over 35 years of leadership and team development experience. As a visionary and result-focused executive, his diverse background includes: developing and executing new market-area strategies, recruiting and retaining high producing small-business entrepreneurs, building relationships and networks across organizations, and achieving positive and profitable results in business and military environments.

 

Wailana received his BA at Brigham Young University and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Wailana’s professional designations include CLU, CLF, and CASL. Other licenses are: Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance, Series 6 & 63 Securities licenses and Public Notary. In addition, Wailana has completed postgraduate studies in national security during his time in the Armed Forces, as well as, executive development and finance programs from Columbia University.

 

As the CEO of ROIsi, Wailana has applied his expertise in startups and turnarounds, project management, and sales/market development to deliver outstanding results.
Other achievements include but not limited to:
Excelled in multiple leadership positions in nine different Army organizations in four foreign countries and throughout the United States Wailana completed an exceptional career at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (LTC).

 

Increased revenue by 20% annually (to $265M) and cut expenses by 43% for a State Farm agency in San Francisco, California.

 

Formed Kamauu Real Estate (KRE), LLC as a holding and land development company. Currently controls an estimate of $11 million of assets.

 

Led a State Farm agency in Rohnert Park, California to exceed production goals, delivering 3% growth in auto sales and 2% growth in fire sales.
